🛍 What is a Stationery Scoop / Lip Gloss Scoop?
Our scoops are random selection products.
This means:
- Items are selected at random.
- Specific colours, designs, or brands cannot be requested.
- Every scoop is a surprise experience.
If you prefer to choose specific items, our scoop products may not be suitable for you.
🎁 Can I request specific items in my scoop?
No. All scoop and lucky ball products are randomly selected.
We cannot guarantee particular colours, styles, or variations.
📦 When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
🚚 How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
📍 My tracking says delivered but I haven’t received my parcel
Please:
- Check with household members and neighbours.
- Check any safe places around your property.
- Contact the courier directly.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us within 7 days and we will assist in investigating.
Under UK law, parcels remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

🔄 What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return under UK consumer law.
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be unopened
- Be in original condition
- Be returned within 14 days of cancellation
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
💄 Can I return lip gloss or cosmetic products?
For hygiene reasons:
If a sealed cosmetic product (such as lip gloss) has been opened or used, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
This is in line with UK consumer regulations.
⚠ What if I have an allergic reaction?
All ingredients are listed on product packaging.
If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please perform a patch test before full use.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.
❌ I didn’t like my random scoop — can I return it?
Because scoop products are random selections:
Personal preference or disappointment with the items received does not qualify as a fault.
Returns are accepted only if items are faulty or not as described.

We accept secure payments via Shopify and PayPal.
We do not store your full payment details.

🎥 Are Orders Shown on TikTok?
Yes. We regularly film packing videos and share them on TikTok as part of our scoop experience.
This allows customers to see exactly what items were selected and packed in their order.
Videos show:
- The random scoop selection process
- The items included in the order
We do not display customer names, addresses, or personal contact information.
If you prefer for your order not to appear in a packing video, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Our scoop packing process may be recorded and shared on TikTok.
These videos show the exact items selected and packed for an order. This helps ensure transparency and accuracy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your scoop selection may appear in a packing video (no personal details will be shown).
