Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.
To cancel an order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Once cancellation is confirmed, items must be returned within 14 days.
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original packaging
• In a fully resalable condition
We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if returned items are used, opened, damaged, or not in a resalable condition.
Mystery Scoop Products
Our Stationery Scoops, Essential Lucky Balls, and Lip Gloss Scoops contain randomly selected items.
All mystery scoops are packed randomly after the order is placed. Items are selected at random and the contents of each scoop will vary.
By purchasing these products, customers understand and accept the surprise nature of the items included.
Returns will not be accepted based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with selected items, or disappointment with the contents once the scoop or mystery packaging has been opened.
If the mystery packaging remains fully sealed and unopened, it may be returned within the 14-day cancellation period in accordance with this policy.
Cosmetic & Hygiene Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, lip glosses and any cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law. Reasonable return postage costs will be covered for confirmed faulty items.
Return Shipping
For cancellations or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
If a return label is issued by us, the parcel must be handed to the carrier within 7 days of the label being issued. Returns that are not posted within this timeframe may be cancelled or refused.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
Unreturned or Late Returns
If a return has been approved but the item is not returned within the required timeframe, the return request will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not returned in accordance with this return policy.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
