Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed after 3pm may be processed the next working day.
During busy periods (including promotions, product launches, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship within the United Kingdom using trusted courier services (such as Royal Mail or other recognised carriers).
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Delivery location
- Order size/weight
- Selected delivery service
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Risk and Responsibility
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
We may request reasonable evidence (such as photographs of damaged items or packaging).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. Incorrect Address Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
We may charge additional postage costs to resend the item.
6. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- Courier service disruptions
- Severe weather
- Industrial action
- Public holidays
- Customs or security delays
Where delays occur, we will aim to keep you informed.
7. Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:
- Please check with household members and neighbours.
- Contact the courier directly.
- Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We will assist in investigating the issue.
8. Random Scoop Products
For stationery scoops, lucky balls, and lip gloss scoops:
- Items are selected at random prior to dispatch.
- Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.
- Delivery times remain the same as other products.
Order Changes & Cancellation
1. Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched, but this cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
2. After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
However, if you are a consumer, you still retain your statutory right to cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving the goods (unless an exemption applies, such as sealed cosmetic products once opened).
To exercise your cancellation rights after dispatch, you must follow the return procedure set out in our Returns Policy.
3. Random Scoop Products
For random selection products (including stationery scoops, lucky balls, and lip gloss scoops):
- Orders cannot be amended once processing has begun.
- Specific items, colours, or variations cannot be requested or guaranteed.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
